on 2nd may 2018 purchased 2016 mercedes cla with light interior fire damage to he centre console cat d damage after repairinf the damage i took the car to mercedes benz belfast to have a number of warning lights on the dash cancelled they refused to switch off the lights saying that would then leave them responsible if anything happened to the car in the future.So here i am with a 20000 euro car that I cant drive or insure. got on to hbc who basically told me it was not their problem to sort it out with mercedes. why should I enter a dispute with mercedes when the problems with the car started before I bought it. In my opinion the cvar should be a cat B but unfortunately thats only my opinion. heading to solicitor in the morning
